Entry 4 - Hiding Schedule

8:00 - 12:00 : Sleep
12:01 - 1:00 - Eat, wipe face, other hygenic stuff
1: 01 - 2: 00 - Draw

Entry 5 - No Bolts Quote

"There are no walls, there are no bolts, no locks that anyone can put on your mind." - Otto Frank.

To put it simply, this quote says that no matter what anyone tries to say or do to you, your mind is your own and you can use it however you plead. I feel that for the most part, this quote is pretty true. People can tell you you're ugly and really, while it may be a hard choice, it's your decision on weither or not you belive that. Peer pressure is another way that people try to controll you, but, it's only pressure, not people making the chose for you. If you wanted to smoke, you would. Someone can't force you into it. People can tell you to be quite or try to degrade you, but that doesn't mean you can't think as you'd like. They say that even hypnosis doesn't affect you unless you let it.

Entry 6 - Name Poem

Anne
It means childish, annoying, misunderstanding.
It is 1942.
It is like vibrant, outstanding, irritating.
It is hiding the pipe.
Who has taught me childishness and annoyance,
When she was hiding the pipe.
Her name is Anne.
It means enjoying yourself.

Entry 7 - Leaving the Annex

I have been in hiding in a little cardboard box of a room for months without a chance to even see the outside world. My life before that consisted of using the computer all day, texting my friends in the meantime, eating and using the water whenever I felt like it, and drawing on my computer. Once I'd finally gotten out of hiding, the first thing I would probably do (once I'd excepted the fact that I could leave and be totally safe) would be to race out of the annex building screaming and yelling at the top of my lungs. I would take in all the air of outside, and run throught the wind till my legs fell off. Just enjoying being someplace other than the annex would be the perfect thing for me to do.

Entry 8 - Holiday Gifts

I would give my elder brother, Eli leaves and bread ties. That might sound ridiculous, but Eli is quite imagainative and despite his age, he still enjoys playing with toys. When we were younger, Eli would take litereally anything, including leaves and bread ties, and turn that into a toy.
My younger brother would probably receive a pillow. Once again, sounds insane, but Cameron has this obbsession with fghting video games. He likes them so much so that he fights air. I figured having a pillow to share blows with would be the slightest bit more entertaining.
Reburning candle wax into  new candle would be a good gift for my mom. I don't know why, but, she really loves candles, even if they're not lit. I would burn together some wax and add some vanilla extract or some of my body spray to sent it.
Finally, I would sew my dad some slippers. My dad does alot of work around my house and like to realax on a regular. Some good house slippers would be a nice way for him to settle in considering the fact that the dog ate his last pair.

Entry 9 - Why does Mr.Frank think this?

idk.

Entry 10 - Anne's Diary Quote

"In spite of everything, I still belive that people are really good at heart."
